80G Final Registration

Every Charitable organization which has Provisional Registration need to get it regularized.

Charitable Organization need to apply for final Registration within 6 months before expiry of provisional Registration or within 6 months where activities have started – whichever happened earlier.

The Certificate so approved will be valid for 5 Years.

Requirements.

• > NGO certificate
• > Balance sheet , Income tax return and Annual Report
• > Members KYC
• > Bills, photograph of activities etc.
• > Bank Statement
• > Others
