CSR 1 Registration

CSR-1 registration is a process through which an NGO can get itself registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in order to avail various benefits under the Companies Act, 2013.

As per notification issued by Ministry of corporate affairs dated 22nd January 2021, from April 1, 2021, CSR funding will be released only to that NGO that are registered with MCA by filing Form CSR1.

Documents required For Section 8/25 Registered NGO:

• > Registration Certificate
• > MOA and AOA
• > Company Pan card
• > 12A and 80G Certificate
• > Company Pan card
• > Board of Directors- all persons pan card and Email id
• > Authorized Person Name
• > Company mail id
• > Digital Signature of Authorized person

Documents required For Public Charitable Trust:

• > Trust Deed
• > Trust Registration certificate if any
• > Trust Pan card
• > 12A and 80G Certificate
• > Trust Email id
• > Board of Trustees- all members pan card and email id
• > Authorized person name
• > Digital Signature of Authorized Person.

Documents required For Society Registered NGO:

• >Registration Certificate
• > 12A and 80G Certificate
• > Bye Laws
• >Society Pan card
• > Society Email id
• > Governing body – all persons Email id and pan card
• > Authorized Person name
• > Digital Signature of Authorized Person
